Tween Torah Trek

Join us for Torah Trek, an experiential Jewish outdoor educational experience for young adults, aged 10 through bar/bat mitzvah.

When:  4 Saturday afternoons/early evenings throughout the year

Session #1 

Sukkot Havdalah Kumsitz
Saturday, October 19th, 3:45 – 6:00

Session #2

Havdalah Beneath the Stars
Saturday, December 7th, 7pm, Havdalah followed by 8pm planetarium show
Location:  CSN Planetarium, 3200 E. Cheyenne, North Las Vegas

Session #3

Tu b’Shvat  – Judaism and the Environment
Saturday, February 8th, 3:00 – 5:00

Session #4

Shavuot Hike and Havdalah
Saturday, May 16th, TIME TBD

Free to CPT member families, $150 general public

CPT membership fees are self-determined

Goals:

• Integrating nature connection & Jewish life-cycle wisdom

• Peer group community building

• Nature awareness activities combined with personal challenge exploration

• Story, Song & Jewish text study
